I have traveled the seas in motor yachts up to 172 foot in length and sailing vessels of 31 meters. My yachting background has prepared me to properly provision a vessel with efficiency and speed. I have navigational skills and have performed engine room duties as well as operated small vessels. I sat many "watches" and can perform any duty aboard most vessels.

My Yachting experiences have taken me to 8 countries from Guatemala to Cuba. I have worked for Hollywood producers and actors, spend a summer in the Hamptons. My yachting experience taught me the importance of being very well prepared, organized and disciplined.

I am willing to travel worldwide as a relief chef , charter chef or full time position. I have a valid passport, height-weight proportionate, non-smoker, light drinker. I am seeking exciting new opportunities to travel and prepare local cusines.
